Guggle Jug

SKU: WA-01 | |

It was at the end of the 1870s that the famous Fish Jug (“Guggle” Jug in English) was designed by the company Thomas Forester & Son. It was a huge success thanks to the unexpected and funny noise it produces when you pour the water: gurgling.

Even the Queen of England succumbed to her charm in 1958.

The Gluggle Jugs are only produced using the nest British raw materials as they are located in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. It’s also known as the Potteries – the traditional home of ceramics in England and famed across the world.
